Mission Statement: Just Vision supports Palestinians and Israelis who are pursuing freedom, dignity, security and peace using nonviolent means. Just Vision emerged in response to the lack of information about Palestinian and Israeli civilians working to end the conflict without arms. While violence and extremism receive front-page exposure, courageous nonviolence leaders and peacebuilders are often invisible within their own societies and beyond. Just Vision tells their under-documented stories, and reaches millions of people through film, multimedia, education and strategic outreach.
Led by a Palestinian, Israeli, North and South American team, Just Vision has a track record for reaching diverse audiences. We are recognized as a reliable, credible resource for educators, journalists, public intellectuals, activists and community leaders interested in learning more about this field, reporting on it and getting involved. Founded in 2003, we are based in Washington DC, New York and Jerusalem. We are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, nonpartisan organization.
