IL seeks an exceptional team player with administrative and programmatic excellence and in-depth knowledge of the non-profit sector. IL seeks a creative, entrepreneurial, and detailed oriented manager to partner with its founding Director and Business Manager. This position interacts with key stakeholders including board, consultants, donors, volunteers and other office staff. The candidate must have strong writing and leadership skills. Some travel, less than 50 days per year, anticipated.
